Halifax Aircraft Recovery Project - 2009

The Adventures of Halifax 57 Rescue

Who  We  Are

We are a group of friends who are interested in aviation. Whether it's the veterans, the earliest aircraft, the recovery projects, air shows, museums or space travel, Halifax 57 Rescue Canada was established to educate those interested in aviation by using a series of video tapes recorded over a period of 25 years. Developed in Canada by Karl Kjarsgaard, the project combines aviation experts, restoration designers, museum operators, veterans and a complete internet video production system. As a team, we are dedicated to raising Halifax Aircraft LW170 from the Atlantic Ocean sea bed, just off the coast of Ireland. These are the people who are working towards that goal.
